- For use in multiplying the force of any drive wrench.
- Any force applied at the input end is multiplied at the output end by the ratio listed for each model.
- Mathematic formula: force x distance x multiplier factor = torque x multiplier factor.
- (force = pounds applied by operator), (distance = lever arm of wrench handle in inches), (multiplier factor = ratio of output to input), (torque = actual force applied to wrench head).
- Output will vary between 10 & 20% in each stage of multiplication due to frictional losses.
